Courses, classes and days of practice


 

Upcoming classes and courses in January and February 2025

All courses are designed for  both beginners and more experienced meditators

Meditation, mindfulness and yoga classes:  stretching and softening exercises as preparation for meditation and relaxation of body and mind. The exercises are followed by a meditation. 

Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7- 8.15 pm

Price: classes and courses are mostly based on  dana (the principle of generosity). You give what you can and wish to give freely. Some courses have a specific price.

Suggested price for dana: €20 per class.

Where: in Aumuehle, close to Hamburg, Germany 

The classes are in German.

Everybody is welcome to attend the classes.

The classes are beneficial for the body and mind. You can gain bodily and mental flexibility, free the being from stress and worries, be joyful and feel connected to other people. You get to explore ways to relax and be at ease.

You can just drop in the classes. 

If you come to the classes every week, you will probably see the benefits of your efforts quite fast.

Relaxation, Movement, Recharging

In this class we will take a break from "doing". 

We will practice:  the "non-doing". 

Coming home to our bodies and hearts. 

Simple yoga movements, relaxation, meditation.  

It will be a very enjoyable class for wellbeing and to recharge the body with fresh energy. 

Donation-based or "Dana" in Pali, which means generosity.
